Loosen Up with Palette Knife Painting
Finish 3 Paintings
Paint several views using acrylic paint and palette knife.
We will start by learning and practicing color mixing and developing several techniques.
We will also cover composition, value studies and the elements of art.
All levels o painting experience are welcomed.
The beginners will learn how to mix colors starting with primary colors plus several painting techniques
Advance painters who want to loosen up will learn how to use the palette knife as a painting tool
Participants will use heavy body professional grade acrylics, practice with several types of palette knifes, learn how to create texture.
Where: At Cristi Fer Art Studio and Workshops, located in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. You will be surrounded by dazzling light, Mexican charm, shopping, mariachi music, and great food.

ALL MATERIALS PRVIDED (To facilitate your travel we are suppling all the martials: acrylic paint, palette knife, canvas (3 canvases 11” x 14”), an apron to use during the paining sessions

From a wide variety of photos choose 3 photos of Lake Chapala. You will be guided step by step, receive short cuts and tips from experienced Mexican painter Fernando Gonzalez.
Maestro Fernando is a seasoned master of color.
